Advanced Systems Automation Limited has successfully completed its previously announced share consolidation, effective as of 9 a.m. on June 11, 2024, converting every sixty-five existing shares into one consolidated share. This restructuring has resulted in an updated share capital comprising 343,445,313 consolidated shares, with the new shares trading in lots of one hundred on the SGX-ST. Shareholders’ entitlements have been rounded down to the nearest whole consolidated share, and no payment will be made for any disregarded fractional shares.
