Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. changed its name to Arq, Inc. effective February 1, 2024, following an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation and a concurrent update to its Bylaws. Concurrent with the name change, the company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market with the new ticker symbol “ARQ” starting from the market opening on February 1, 2024.
