Advance Logistics Investment Corporation has secured a new tenant for half of the available floor space at iMissions Park Tokyo Adachi, following the end of the previous lease. Despite the ongoing negotiations over the lease termination conditions for iMissions Park Misato and Tokyo Adachi, the company maintains its financial forecasts for the fiscal years ending August 2024 and February 2025. ADL, managed by ITOCHU REIT Management, aims for stable growth in the logistics facilities sector.
