Aduro Clean Technologies (TSE:ACT) has released an update.
Aduro Clean Technologies is expanding its non-brokered private placement offering to $3,525,000 after receiving strong investor demand, with each unit consisting of one common share and half of a warrant. The proceeds from this offering, which is anticipated to close on or about June 14, 2024, are intended for the development of the company’s chemical recycling technologies and general expenses. The offering is available to residents of all Canadian provinces and is exempt from resale restrictions under Canadian securities laws.
