Adt (ADT) just unveiled an announcement.
ADT Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, bringing the total members to 14, with the addition of Daniel Houston and Danielle Tiedt. Houston, the CEO of Principal Financial Group, and Tiedt, YouTube’s Chief Marketing Officer, will contribute their extensive experience in financial services and global marketing to the board. Both will receive standard compensation for their roles and are not involved in any conflicting transactions, ensuring their appointments are in line with corporate governance standards.
