Andrew Dyer has become a substantial holder in Adslot Ltd, acquiring a 5.37% stake with 252,362,652 ordinary shares as reported on July 15, 2024. The shares were acquired indirectly through entities DM Kelly Pty Ltd and Securities Markets Capital Pty Ltd, which are trustees of Dyer’s superannuation fund and investment fund, respectively. The total consideration for the shares amounted to $150,551.00.
