Adslot Ltd has successfully secured $0.53 million through its accelerated institutional entitlement offer, with a goal to raise a total of $2.4 million. The new shares will be issued at $0.001 each, with trading expected to commence on June 28, 2024. Additionally, company directors have committed to underwrite approximately $0.26 million for the retail entitlement offer, which is scheduled to close on July 8, 2024.
