Adriatic Metals Plc (GB:ADT1) has released an update.
Adriatic Metals Plc has acknowledged a recent ruling by Bosnia & Herzegovina’s Constitutional Court that could affect its Vares Silver Project operations. The company is awaiting the full court decision to assess its impact, but in the meantime, has confirmed that production will continue as scheduled with the current facilities until at least Q1 2025. Adriatic Metals is committed to compliance and is exploring alternative solutions for its tailings storage in anticipation of the court’s detailed ruling.
