Adriatic Metals PLC reports that Ms. Laura Tyler, a director of the company, has acquired 28,380 Chess Depositary Interests at a price of AUD$3.52 each, marking a significant direct interest in the firm as of September 24, 2024. Prior to this transaction, she held no securities in the company. The acquisition was conducted through an on-market trade.
