Jillian Forusz has been appointed as the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective August 9, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles within the company and her tenure at Deloitte, Forusz is set to receive a base salary of $515,000, along with a target bonus and a grant of restricted stock units. Her compensation package also includes participation in various company benefit programs. Her appointment comes with no disclosed related party transactions or family relationships within the company’s leadership.
