Admiralty Resources NL announced a non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise $7 million by offering new shares at $0.0072 each, available to eligible shareholders in select regions. The offer allows fully subscribed shareholders to purchase additional shares via a Top-Up Facility, with partial underwriting by Mr. Shi Yong up to $5 million. Despite the potential for shareholder dilution, the company expects no significant change in control following the offer.
