ADM Energy Delays Annual Report, Trading Suspended

ADM Energy plc (GB:ADME) has released an update.

ADM Energy PLC has announced a delay in publishing their 2023 Annual Report, now expected by the end of October 2024, resulting in a continued temporary suspension of trading on AIM. The company was initially required to release the report by 30 June 2024 and will keep the market updated in compliance with AIM Rules during the suspension. ADM Energy, a natural resource investing company, has interests in various projects, including a significant economic interest in JKT Reclamation, LLC, OFX Technologies, LLC, and a profit interest in the Aje Field offshore Nigeria.
