ADM Energy plc (GB:ADME) has released an update.
ADM Energy PLC has announced a delay in publishing their 2023 Annual Report due to additional time needed by auditors to complete their audit, especially after investments in the US. Consequently, trading of the company’s shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended from 1 July 2024, with a target to lift the suspension upon the report’s publication before the end of August 2024. The company assures continued communication on any significant developments during the suspension period.
