Adisyn Ltd is set to streamline its business model by offloading its VMware cloud platform to Zetta grid for up to $1.4 million, advancing its strategy to become a premier service provider for SMEs in the Australian defence industry. The divestment includes an $850k immediate payment, with the balance contingent on future revenue, and marks a shift towards a more capital-efficient operation. In tandem, a strategic partnership with Zetta grid will enable Adisyn to offer new cloud services, leveraging Zetta grid’s robust infrastructure while maintaining a focus on service-based solutions for its core market.
