Adherium Limited has announced the issue of 78.5 million unquoted options expiring on June 30, 2025, at an exercise price of $0.03, effective July 1, 2024. These securities are part of a previously disclosed transaction and will not be quoted on the ASX. The options release intends to offer investors a future stake in the company without immediately diluting the current share structure.
