Adecoagro (AGRO) has released an update.
Adecoagro S.A. invites shareholders to its Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2024, to discuss key points including the approval of the consolidated financial statements, distribution of a USD 35 million dividend, and the re-election of board members. The Board is recommending favorable votes for all agenda items, including the carry forward of a loss reported in the Luxembourg GAAP statutory solus account and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company auditor.
