Adecoagro SA (AGRO) has released an update.
Adecoagro S.A. has launched a tender offer to repurchase up to $100 million of its 6% senior notes due in 2027. Holders who tender their notes before the early deadline will receive $980 per $1000 principal, which includes a $30 early tender premium. The offer is set to expire on August 19, 2024, with early tenders closing on August 2, 2024.
