Adbri Limited Nears Vote on CRH Acquisition Offer

Adbri Limited (AU:ABC) has released an update.

Adbri Limited has confirmed the registration of the Scheme Booklet with ASIC, advancing the proposed acquisition by CRH ANZ Pty Ltd, which is recommended by Adbri’s Independent Directors subject to continued expert endorsement. Independent Adbri Shareholders are set to vote on the arrangement, which could see them receive $3.20 cash per share, a value within the range deemed fair by an Independent Expert. The crucial Scheme Meeting is scheduled for 12 June 2024, with the outcome potentially leading to Adbri shares’ suspension from trading on 17 June 2024 if the Scheme is approved.
