Adbri Limited has confirmed the registration of the Scheme Booklet with ASIC, advancing the proposed acquisition by CRH ANZ Pty Ltd, which is recommended by Adbri’s Independent Directors subject to continued expert endorsement. Independent Adbri Shareholders are set to vote on the arrangement, which could see them receive $3.20 cash per share, a value within the range deemed fair by an Independent Expert.
