Adavale Resources Limited has announced a new proposed issue of securities, involving the creation of up to 145,166,667 new options exercisable at $0.005 expiring at the end of 2027 and a similar number of ordinary fully paid shares. The issue is scheduled for the 7th of August, 2024, aimed at raising capital through a placement or other unspecified methods.
