Adastra Holdings Ltd., a frontrunner in cannabis processing and production for the Canadian market, has announced the appointment of Jon Edwards to its Board of Directors, bringing his 15 years of experience in the public sector to the table. Edwards replaces Michael Forbes, who recently resigned from multiple roles within the company. Additionally, CFO Lachlan McLeod has expanded his responsibilities to include the role of Corporate Secretary.
