AdaptHealth Corp. has announced a new employment agreement with CTO Albert Prast, offering a $450,000 annual salary and potential bonuses based on performance. Starting in 2025, Prast may also receive equity awards. If terminated without cause or for good reason, Prast will receive salary continuation, prorated bonuses, and health coverage. The agreement includes non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, ensuring Prast’s commitment during and after his tenure.
