Fox BidCo, backed by private equity firm Adamantem Capital, has emerged as a substantial holder in QANTM Intellectual Property Limited, securing an 18.92% voting power through 26,666,821 fully paid ordinary shares. This move comes as part of a proposed scheme of arrangement where Fox BidCo aims to acquire 100% of QANTM’s issued shares. The acquisition scheme is supported by commitment deeds from significant shareholders, ensuring votes in favor of the arrangement.
