The flexible funding arrangement, including multiple tranches and repayment options, allows AdAlta to strategically manage their financial resources while pursuing Phase II clinical trials for their lead product, AD-214. The investment is structured to align with the company’s growth and development timelines, offering both immediate and future financial support.
