Adairs Limited has disclosed a change in Director Trent Peterson’s financial interests, stating that Peterson has acquired an additional 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market purchase, valued at $184,106.24, or $1.84 per share. This transaction has increased Peterson’s indirect holdings in the company to 405,334 shares through Lazy Investments Pty Ltd, while maintaining his direct ownership of 995,000 shares.
