AD1 Holdings Reports Revenue Decline and Losses

AD1 Holdings Ltd (AU:AD1) has released an update.

AD1 Holdings Limited reported a significant drop in revenues and deepened net losses for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, with a 33% decline in revenue to $4.26 million and an 84% fall in net losses to $1.31 million. The downturn was primarily due to the discontinuation of its USS business, despite efforts to invest in technology and product development. Shareholders saw no dividends this period and the company’s net tangible assets per share also slightly decreased.
