Activia Properties (JP:3279) has released an update.
Activia Properties Inc. has successfully renewed a lease agreement with KOHNAN SHOJI Co., Ltd. for a significant portion of their property, icot Nakamozu, securing a tenant for a 20-year term starting July 2027. The deal, which covers 94.4% of the property’s leasable area, is expected to exceed current rent levels, although financial details remain undisclosed.
