Activeport Group Limited has announced a pro-rata renounceable entitlement issue, aiming to raise approximately $5.3 million by offering new shares and options to its shareholders. Shareholders registered by the Record Date can purchase three new shares for every four they hold at $0.02 each, receiving a free option for every three shares applied for. This capital raising initiative is considered highly speculative and is not being extended to shareholders outside Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
