ActiveOps plc, a leader in Decision Intelligence for service operations, has granted over 1 million performance-related options to key management, including CFO Emma Salthouse and Group Managing Director James Bawa. These options will vest after three years, conditional upon performance targets being met and continued employment. The exercise price for these options is set at a nominal 0.1 pence per share.
