Acta Investment Group Pty Ltd has launched an off-market proportional takeover bid for 25% of the shares in Helix Resources Limited that it doesn’t already own. The offer follows requirements under Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act 2001, and an ASIC Form 604 has been issued by Acta to notify of the change in interests of a substantial holder.
