ACME Lithium Inc. has amended its agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp., granting them exclusive rights to acquire 100% interest in the Fish Lake Valley lithium project in Nevada. The deal, which includes additional time for payments and exploration expenditures, requires EBM to make financial commitments totaling over $5 million along with exploration expenditures. Should EBM initiate commercial production, they will owe ACME a 1% Net Smelter Return royalty, with options to reduce the royalty for a fee.
