Aclara Resources Inc. has revealed promising economic potential for its Carina Module project in Brazil, with an after-tax NPV of US$1.5 billion and up to US$2.2 billion under an incentive price forecast. The project promises robust returns with a 27% internal rate of return and significant revenue, also noting the strategic importance of the production of magnetic rare earth elements outside of China.
