Acheter-Louer.fr SA has announced a significant share consolidation, with a 10,000-to-1 exchange ratio, effective October 31, 2024, aimed at enhancing stock market activity and stabilizing their share price. The consolidation will not affect the total capital but will decrease the number of shares in circulation, and is followed by a capital reduction due to losses, adjusting the nominal share value from 20 euros to 0.112 euro. Shareholders must align their holdings to the new structure or be compensated for any fractions after October 30, 2024.
