Accsys Technologies PLC has awarded bonus and long-term incentive shares to key executives, including CEO Jelena Arsic van Os and Interim CFO Hans Pauli, as part of their Deferred Bonus Plan and Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares awarded to van Os and Pauli will vest partially in September 2024 and the remainder in July 2026, with additional options set to vest three years post-grant contingent upon meeting performance targets and continuous employment. These incentives aim to retain senior employees and align their interests with the company’s long-term performance.
