Accrol Group Holdings Receives Final Buyout Offer

Accrol Group Holdings (GB:ACRL) has released an update.

Accrol Group Holdings PLC has received a final and increased all-cash offer from Navigator Paper UK Limited, a subsidiary of The Navigator Company, S.A., to acquire all issued and to-be-issued shares of Accrol. The offer values Accrol’s share capital at approximately £130.8 million, representing a 52% premium over the average industry EV/LTM EBITDA multiple. Accrol’s Board recommends shareholders accept the offer, which they believe represents significant value amidst a challenging market outlook.
