Accenture (ACN) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
Accenture’s Annual Meeting on January 31, 2024, saw the approval of various proposals by its shareholders. The appointment of directors, executive compensation, share incentive and purchase plans, and the ratification of KPMG as the independent auditor were among the key issues voted upon. Additionally, the Board was granted authority to issue shares, opt-out of pre-emption rights, and determine pricing for re-allotment of treasury shares under Irish law, with a significant majority of votes in favor of each proposal.
