Accelerate Resources Director’s Shareholding Changes

Accelerate Resources Ltd. (AU:AX8) has released an update.

In a recent update from Accelerate Resources Limited, Director Mr. Mark Thompson experienced a significant change in his direct and indirect shareholdings, following the conversion of Class A Performance Shares after meeting a performance milestone. As a result, his direct holdings increased to 22,043,481 fully paid ordinary shares and decreased to 28,166,666 unlisted performance shares, while his indirect holdings through his spouse, Ms. Kelly Jane Thompson, now total 22,391,304 fully paid ordinary shares and 23,500,001 unlisted performance shares. The adjustments to the director’s interests have been reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and corporate regulations.
