KMD Brands Limited (AU:KMD) has released an update.
The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has increased its stake in KMD Brands Ltd by 1.419%, now holding 6.504% of the company’s ordinary shares. This change in substantial holding resulted from transactions that occurred between February 15 and October 9, 2024, where ACC purchased 10,829,707 and sold 735,528 shares of KMD Brands. The ACC now beneficially owns over 46 million shares, solidifying its position as a significant shareholder in the company.
