Academy Sports and Outdoors (ASO) has issued an update.
At the 2024 Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders elected four Class I directors, ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditor, and approved the executive compensation for fiscal year 2023. Additionally, the Company announced the appointment of Mr. Boatwright through a press release and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, to be paid in July to stockholders on record as of June.
