Academies Australasia Director Increases Shares

Academies Australasia Group Limited (AU:AKG) has released an update.

Academies Australasia Group Limited, with a history of 115 years and a presence on the ASX for 46, has announced a change in Director Christopher Campbell’s stake in the company. Campbell has increased his direct interest by purchasing 50,000 ordinary shares, valued at $9,500, bringing his total direct holdings to 1,450,000 shares, with his indirect interest remaining at 19,250,000 shares.
