Jonathan Sagal has stepped down from Acacia Research Corporation’s Board of Directors with no disputes cited, and Ajay Sundar of Starboard Value has been appointed in his stead. Sundar, with a background in investment and banking, notably at Starboard Value and Citigroup, will serve until the next annual meeting. He receives standard compensation and an indemnification agreement, ensuring protection under Delaware law without any undisclosed financial transactions or familial ties to the company’s executives.
