ABx Group Limited (AU:ABX) has released an update.

ABX Group Limited has announced the cessation of Paul Lennon as a director of the company effective 30 September 2024. Lennon holds no direct interest in any securities as a registered holder, but indirectly holds 4,609,869 fully paid ordinary shares and options through Paramul Pty Ltd, where he is a beneficiary. This notice is issued in compliance with the ASX listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
