Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has completed a share capital increase through the issuance of 5,908,935 new shares, related to its acquisitions of Ovalen AS and buy-out of Varming Holding AS. The new share capital now stands at NOK 161,223,182.50, comprising 64,489,273 shares with a nominal value of NOK 2.50 each. ABT, known for developing and commercializing sustainable biotechnology for skincare, is listed on the Euronext Expand market of the Oslo Stock Exchange.
