abrdn Trust Sells Dover Asset Amid Wind-Down

Standard Life Investments Property Income (GB:API) has released an update.

In a strategic move, abrdn Property Income Trust has sold an industrial asset in Dover for £9.475 million, matching its June 2024 valuation despite being slightly lower than the March figure. The property, a single-let industrial unit with a lease to a government department, was sold at a net initial yield of 6.1%. This sale is part of the company’s managed wind-down process, with proceeds aimed at reducing its revolving credit facility.
