abrdn (GB:ABDN) has released an update.
abrdn PLC has appointed Katie Bickerstaffe and Vivek Ahuja as new board members, set to join on October 1, 2024, and will stand for shareholder election at the 2025 AGM. Bickerstaffe, with her extensive retail and digital transformation expertise, will join the Remuneration Committee, while Ahuja, with a strong financial services background, will join the Audit Committee as Chair Designate. Their appointments are part of abrdn’s board enhancement, reflecting a diverse mix of genders and a range of experienced leaders.
