abrdn European Logistics Income PLC shareholders have voted in line with the Board’s recommendations against the Continuation resolution, opening the path for a managed wind-down of the company. Shareholders will soon receive a circular detailing changes to the investment objective and policy and will vote on these changes at an upcoming general meeting. The results of the AGM show strong support for the Board’s direction, with most resolutions passing by a wide margin.
