Abitibi Metals has initiated a 16,500-metre Phase 2 drilling program at its B26 Deposit to expand the high-grade polymetallic resource, focusing on underexplored areas and new targets highlighted by recent studies. The program, following an option agreement to earn 80% of the deposit, aims to enhance both open-pit and underground resources and could lead to significant increases in project value.
