Abercrombie & Fitch Welcomes New Board Member Andrew Clarke

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members, appointing Andrew Clarke as a non-associate director. Clarke’s term will run until the 2025 Annual Meeting, and he will be compensated in line with the existing non-associate director compensation program.
