Abaxx Technologies Inc., a leader in financial software and market infrastructure, has announced a $10 million financing deal through a bought deal with underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and BMO Capital Markets. This deal, which includes an over-allotment option that could raise additional funds, is set to close by March 28, 2024.
