Anheuser-Busch Inbev Sa (BUD) has released an update.

Anheuser-Busch InBev, also known as AB InBev, has recently amended its articles of association on April 2, 2024, with the changes being filed for publication. The company, which has its registered office in Brussels, is incorporated for an unlimited duration and operates with a corporate purpose that includes producing and dealing in a variety of products, particularly beverages, and holding shareholdings in related companies. AB InBev’s capital stands at EUR 1,238,608,344.12, represented by over 2 billion shares.
