AAC Technologies Holdings (HK:2018) has released an update.
AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. has voluntarily announced the repurchase of shares in AAC Optics from Shenzhen Huiyou and Nanjing Huarui for a combined total of approximately RMB 236 million. Following the transaction, AAC Technologies will hold around 89.67% of AAC Optics, with the remaining shares distributed between employee incentive platforms and three other investors. The strategic consolidation aims to enhance the company’s stake in AAC Optics, thereby strengthening its market position.
